These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Fyeee website at fyeee.com and your general interactions with Fyeee Solutions (OPC) Private Limited, operating under the brand Fyeee ("Fyeee", "we", "us", or "our").
By using our website, submitting an enquiry or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
About Fyeee
Fyeee provides digital product, design, development, branding, technical, consultation and related services.
Our website describes our current offerings. Specific services, deliverables, fees, timelines and other project conditions are confirmed separately through the applicable proposal, quotation or agreement.
Website Use
You may use the Fyeee website for lawful purposes only.
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or security, introduce harmful code, systematically copy or extract its content, or use Fyeee's materials or identity to falsely suggest an affiliation with Fyeee.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal or operational reasons.
Enquiries & Projects
Submitting an enquiry or selecting a service does not automatically create a client relationship or obligate Fyeee to accept a project.
We may review your requirements and recommend a different service, combination of services or approach where we believe it is more appropriate.
Website information is provided to help you understand our offerings and does not by itself constitute a binding offer, quotation, guarantee or commitment.
Where Fyeee provides a proposal or quotation, the resulting engagement will be governed by the terms accepted by both parties.
Project-specific agreements take precedence over these general Terms where they expressly address the same matter.
Project Delivery
Fyeee will provide the services and deliverables agreed in the applicable project documentation.
Changes to requirements or requests for work outside the agreed scope may result in changes to fees, timelines or deliverables and will be discussed before additional work is undertaken.
Project timelines depend on factors including client feedback, approvals, required information, third-party services and other circumstances reasonably outside Fyeee's control.
Payments
Fees and payment schedules are determined by the applicable proposal, quotation or project agreement.
Payment methods may include UPI, bank transfer, payment gateways or other agreed methods.
Where payment becomes due and remains outstanding, Fyeee may pause work or withhold delivery, subject to the applicable agreement and law.
Taxes and other statutory charges will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund matters are governed by the applicable project agreement and Fyeee's Cancellation & Refund Policy, where applicable.
Because services may involve completed work, committed resources and third-party costs, cancellation does not automatically entitle a client to a full refund.
Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
Intellectual Property
Fyeee's name, brand identity, trademarks, logos, service models, model names, Fyeee OS, frameworks, methodologies, website content, designs, illustrations, visual systems and other original materials created or published by Fyeee remain Fyeee's intellectual property unless expressly stated otherwise.
These materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, commercially exploited or otherwise used without our prior written permission.
Ownership and usage rights for project-specific deliverables are determined by the applicable project agreement. Payment for a project does not automatically transfer ownership of Fyeee's underlying frameworks, methods, tools, templates, know-how or other pre-existing intellectual property.
Clients remain responsible for ensuring that materials they provide to Fyeee can lawfully be used for the project.
Third-Party Services
Fyeee may use or recommend third-party platforms, software, hosting, payment services, APIs, plugins, automation tools or other external services.
These services may have their own terms, pricing, availability and policies.
Fyeee does not control and cannot guarantee the continued availability or performance of third-party services.
Services & Outcomes
Fyeee will perform agreed services with reasonable care and in accordance with the applicable project scope.
Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, Fyeee does not guarantee specific business, financial, marketing, conversion, search, traffic, ranking, indexing, AI-search visibility or other outcomes.
Results may depend on factors outside Fyeee's reasonable control, including market conditions, competition, third-party platforms, algorithms, technical infrastructure and client decisions.
Confidentiality & Portfolio
Both parties should take reasonable steps to protect confidential information received during an engagement and use it only for purposes connected with that engagement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Fyeee may reference completed work for portfolio, case-study or business-development purposes without knowingly disclosing confidential client information.
Project-specific confidentiality or portfolio restrictions should be included in the applicable agreement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required materials and access, timely feedback and approvals, and decisions reasonably necessary for Fyeee to perform the agreed services.
Clients are also responsible for ensuring that materials and information they provide do not infringe the rights of others.
Delays or problems caused by missing, inaccurate or late client-provided information may affect project timelines or deliverables.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, a client may be responsible for claims, losses or expenses arising from materials or instructions supplied by the client without the necessary rights or permissions, unlawful use of deliverables, or the client's breach of these Terms or an applicable project agreement.
This does not apply to claims arising from Fyeee's own unlawful conduct or obligations that cannot legally be transferred to the client.
Liability & Website Disclaimers
We aim to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fyeee will not be liable for indirect, consequential or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of the website or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, consumer rights or other protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Suspension, Termination & General Terms
Fyeee may suspend or terminate website access where reasonably necessary for security, legal or operational reasons.
Client engagements may be suspended or terminated in accordance with the applicable project agreement, including where material non-payment, breach or unlawful activity prevents
Fyeee from reasonably continuing the engagement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
Fyeee may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with the applicable "Last updated" date.
If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms apply generally to use of the Fyeee website. Specific proposals, quotations and agreements may contain additional project-specific terms.
