Fyeee Solutions (OPC) Private Limited (“Fyeee”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) owns and develops the Fyeee brand and the assets used to represent our business, services and offerings.
These Guidelines explain the permitted and prohibited use of Fyeee’s trademarks, brand assets, service-model names and original materials. Any use not permitted by these Guidelines or separately authorized by Fyeee is prohibited.
Fyeee Brand Assets
Fyeee Brand Assets include the Fyeee name, wordmark, logo, trademarks, service marks, slogans, taglines, distinctive phrases, service-model names, visual identity elements and other brand identifiers used by Fyeee, including those adopted in the future.
Ownership & Rights
Fyeee Brand Assets and other materials owned or controlled by Fyeee remain the property of Fyeee Solutions (OPC) Private Limited, subject to any applicable third-party rights.
Nothing on the Fyeee website or in these Guidelines grants any ownership interest, licence or other right to use Fyeee Brand Assets unless expressly authorized by Fyeee or permitted by applicable law.
Use of Fyeee Brand Assets
Fyeee Brand Assets may only be used in an accurate and authorized manner and must not suggest affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, partnership or ownership by another party.
Unless expressly authorized by Fyeee, you must not :
modify, distort, recreate, alter or otherwise change Fyeee logos or wordmarks;
use Fyeee Brand Assets as part of another business, product, service, project, organization, logo or trademark.
use the Fyeee name or a confusingly similar name as a domain name, social media handle or other identifier in a manner that suggests an association with Fyeee.
apply for or register any trademark, trade name, domain name, social media handle or other identifier incorporating or confusingly similar to Fyeee Brand Assets; or
use Fyeee Brand Assets in a misleading, unlawful, defamatory, derogatory or otherwise damaging manner.
Original Materials & Service Models
Fyeee has developed original materials used in connection with its business, including website copy, model names and descriptions, distinctive phrases, illustrations, graphics, visual materials, layouts, presentations and other creative materials.
Fyeee’s service models include: Idea to Brand, Pick & Price, Rapid MVP, UX Fixers and Rebrand & Rebuild.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, adaptation, distribution, publication, commercial use or other unauthorized use of
Fyeee Brand Assets and original materials, whether in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.
This includes reproducing, recreating, substantially imitating or repackaging Fyeee materials or presenting them as your own.
Prohibited Use
You must not use Fyeee Brand Assets or protected materials in a manner that:
creates confusion about the source, affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement of a business, product, service or organization.
substantially imitates Fyeee’s distinctive branding visual identity, service-model presentation, website content or other protected materials; or
misrepresents any relationship with Fyeee.
Third-Party Materials
Third-party trademarks, logos, images, software, fonts, illustrations and other materials appearing on the Fyeee website or in Fyeee materials remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their applicable rights, licences or terms.
Nothing in these Guidelines grants any rights to third-party intellectual property.
Enforcement
Fyeee reserves the right to take appropriate action against unauthorized use of its Brand Assets or protected materials, including requesting that the use be discontinued, removed or corrected and pursuing any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
Nothing in these Guidelines waives, limits or otherwise restricts any rights or remedies available to Fyeee under applicable law.
Changes to These Guidelines
Fyeee may update these Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes to its brand, offerings or applicable requirements. The updated version will be effective when published on the Fyeee website.
Permission Requests
If you wish to use Fyeee Brand Assets or protected materials in a way that is not clearly permitted by these Guidelines, please contact Fyeee before doing so.
Any permission granted by Fyeee applies only to the specific use expressly authorized.
